Shipping Policy 

1. Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information where available. 

 

2. UK Delivery at a Glance 

  • Standard delivery: £2.99 — estimated delivery in 2–4 business days 

  • Free Standard delivery: orders of £50 or more — estimated delivery in 2–4 business days 

  • Express delivery: £3.99 — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days 

Express delivery is not free, including on orders over £50. Customers who qualify for free Standard delivery must pay the applicable Express fee if they choose Express delivery.

Delivery times are estimates after processing. They may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, courier delays or local delivery services. 

 

6. Taxes, Duties and Customs 

Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required. 

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges depend on local regulations and are not included in the shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and responding to customs or courier requests. 

  

7. Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email where tracking is available. 

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected by the courier. 

 

8. Missing or Delayed Orders 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at diracfashion@yahoo.com with your order number. 

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier where possible. 

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local courier services and circumstances outside our control.
