All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We are pleased to offer:

• Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50
• Free International Shipping on all orders over £100

Orders below these amounts will display the applicable shipping cost at checkout.

4. Express Delivery Option

For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer DHL Worldwide Express as an optional upgrade at checkout. This premium service provides priority international delivery with full tracking and insurance. Express delivery is charged at a flat rate of £24.99 for EU orders and £29.99 for International orders. Delivery times using DHL Express are typically:

• UK & EU: 1–3 business days
• Rest of the World: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

6. VAT & Customs Duties

United Kingdom customers

DiracFashion is not VAT-registered in the UK, as the business has not reached the VAT registration threshold of £85,000. Therefore, no UK VAT is charged on purchases. All prices displayed are final and inclusive of all costs from our side.

European Union customers

DiracFashion is IOSS-registered through the EAS Project. This means:

• VAT for EU orders (under €150) is collected at checkout, according to your country's rate.
• No extra customs fees or VAT will be charged upon delivery.
• Orders clear EU customs smoothly and without delays.

Customers outside the UK and EU

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
