2. Products Dirac Fashion specialises in authentic East African Dirac fabric sets and accessories, sourced and selected for their cultural and material quality. All product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. Each Dirac set is made from premium materials, and some designs are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they may not be restocked.
3. Pricing For EU customers, VAT is collected at checkout through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system managed by the EAS Project, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
4. Payments We accept secure online payments via:
- Shopify Payments
- PayPal
- Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
5. Shipping We offer delivery to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times and free-shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
6. Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. EU orders under €150 are handled under the IOSS scheme, meaning VAT is prepaid at checkout and no additional import fees are due on delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights to return, exchange, or cancel orders. We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Distance Selling Rules, including the EU right of withdrawal, for eligible orders.
